Dong Dexi, Haosen's Chairman, emphasized that technological innovation is the fundamental driving force for promoting sustainable development of enterprises, and he mentioned "The future battlefield belongs to innovators who master core technologies." The previous model of relying on customer demand to drive R&D and relying on external technology to solve problems is no longer suitable for the rapidly changing market environment. Haosen will focus on the automotive and new energy equipment manufacturing industry, take the path of independent innovation, firmly adhere to the direction of Digital Intelligence, Perfection, and Premiumization, aim at the high standard requirements of high-end customers, accelerate the application of advanced manufacturing and digital technology, strengthen the layout of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and humanoid robots, and comprehensively enhance technological innovation capabilities.



At the conference, it was proposed to build Haosen Intelligent Research Institute into a "globally leading intelligent manufacturing technology research institute for automotive core components". The institute will establish an innovation mechanism that is "market-oriented, innovation-driven, and integration of industry-academia-research-application". It will promote a three-level R&D system of "technology R&D+product development+delivery design" and a three generation R&D model of "technology R&D reserve generation, product development and application generation, and production line design promotion generation". It will focus on the research and application of basic technologies, key platform technologies, cutting-edge technologies, and forward-looking disruptive technologies, comprehensively build a multi-disciplinary integrated innovation system for automotive intelligent manufacturing, and strive to become the technological base and innovation source of the group's sustainable development.

Based on a new starting point, Haosen is looking further afield.At the conference, it was proposed that Haosen will build a three-dimensional development system of "product strategy, technology innovation, industry ecology", continuously accumulate and iterate core technologies that are suitable for itself based on its own technical genes, gather industry resources, talent resources, and technical resources related to this, establish technical systems such as its own technical capabilities, technical standards and intellectual property rights and form technical barriers and brand influence.
